Job summary

Regeneron is seeking an experienced Reimbursement Business Manager (RBM) to join the Commercial and Field Reimbursement Management team. This role supports healthcare providers in obtaining access to Regeneron products, driving payer-ready access strategies, and coordinating with sales, payer, and Alliance partners to optimize patient access across Alliance products such as Dupixent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years experience in Pharmaceuticals and/or sub-cutaneous biologics in a matrix environment with 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Experience with products delivered through a Specialty Pharmacy network is essential.
• Background in leadership and cross-functional partnership a plus.
• Knowledge of Commercial Insurers, Managed Care, Government and Federal payer sectors.
• CMS policies and Part D expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support HCP offices to improve access to Regeneron products and payer coverage.
• Build and execute strategic plans for Alliance product access and reimbursement initiatives.
• Provide payer and specialty pharmacy support with field teams to educate physician offices on coverage.
• Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscape and criteria for assigned products.
• Develop relationships with targeted healthcare providers to resolve payer coverage barriers in line with Regeneron policies.
• Ensure ongoing training to be the most knowledgeable team on access and reimbursement across Alliance therapies.
