Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate providers, resolve access barriers, and optimize reimbursement for specialty medications across a territory including Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.

The role requires travel up to 50%, strong knowledge of payers, prior authorizations, and pharmacy benefits, and a willingness to obtain PACS certification within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience resolving pharmacy benefit access issues and prior authorizations.
• Willingness to obtain PACS certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider office staff on reimbursement topics and payer policies.
• Support patient access by resolving coverage challenges.
• Collaborate with patient assistance and reimbursement teams.
