Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate providers on reimbursement, access, and coverage for specialty medications. This role requires weekly travel within a territory that includes GA, NC, and SC, with potential overnight stays.

The specialist will partner with providers, payers, and patient assistance programs, focusing on prior authorizations, appeals, and formulary considerations. A PACS certification is encouraged within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience resolving pharmacy benefit access issues is preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain PACS certification within six months.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and staff on access and reimbursement topics.
• Resolve reimbursement and coverage challenges to support patient access.
• Travel within a designated territory and conduct on-site education.
