Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate providers on reimbursement, access, and coverage for specialty medications. The role includes direct engagement with healthcare offices and payers to resolve access barriers and optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmacy benefits, prior authorizations, appeals, and a willingness to travel up to 50% within the Indiana/Michigan/Illinois territory. Bachelor’s degree preferred, HS diploma required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
• Candidates should obtain PACS certification within six months.
• Experience resolving pharmacy benefit access issues is preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider staff on access and reimbursement topics.
• Support patient access by resolving coverage challenges.
• Collaborate with client reimbursement and support services.
