Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure that target accounts in the Flint, MI region understand billing, coding, and reimbursement pathways for our products. The role focuses on urology accounts including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, with a strong emphasis on Part B reimbursement and patient pathways.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device and at least 2 years in reimbursement, with proven cross-functional communication

Qualifications

• 4+ years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally within the region.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Understand billing and coding requirements for products in target accounts.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner with the account team to optimize patient access and outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process and reimbursement.
