Job summary

Syneos Health in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for our products and payer processes. You will develop relationships with key customers in urology accounts, hospitals, and ASCs, navigate Medicaid/Medicare and commercial payer policies, and travel as needed to support accounts.

Minimum 4 years pharma/biotech/medical device experience and at least 2 years reimbursement experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
• Demonstrate expertise in the disease state, the product, the surgical process and the reimbursement process.
