Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in Ann Arbor, MI to ensure target accounts understand billing, coding, and Medicaid/Medicare requirements for our biopharmaceutical products. You will work with urology accounts, hospitals, and ASCs to map patient pathways and payer processes.

The role requires 4+ years pharma/biotech/medical device experience and at least 2 years in reimbursement, with ability to travel overnight. Valid driver’s license is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally within the region to share results, assist training and develop best practices.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand all applicable reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner effectively with other members of the account team to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient and the account.
