Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive payer understanding and access across target accounts in the Flint region.

You will navigate billing, coding, and reimbursement processes while aligning with compliance policies and company procedures to improve patient outcomes. The role focuses on urology accounts, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers, with required travel and a deep understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience.
• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand all applicable billing and coding requirements for the products.
• Develop and leverage relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand billing and coding responsibilities within target accounts: Urology clinics, ASC, Hospitals.
• Understand reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner with account team to achieve the best patient and account outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process and reimbursement process.
