Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to educate and assist target accounts in Lexington, KY on billing, coding and reimbursement pathways for urology products. This role emphasizes building payer relationships, navigating Medicaid/Medicare, and collaborating with the sales and clinical teams to optimize patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with target accounts in the geography (urology accounts, hospitals, ASCs).
• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements for products.
• Understand reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers.
• Partner with account team to optimize patient outcomes and account results.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, surgical process and reimbursement.
