Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in resolving reimbursement and access challenges.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement, prior authorizations, and formulary processes.
• Strong understanding of payer policies and multi-stakeholder education.
• Ability to educate providers and office staff on insurance issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider office staff on access and reimbursement topics using approved resources.
• Resolve reimbursement and coverage challenges to support patient access.
• Collaborate with patient assistance and reimbursement services.
• Deliver educational presentations at provider sites.
• Address access barriers and inform payers about relevant policy changes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
