Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Field Reimbursement Specialist to educate providers on insurance and reimbursement, resolve access barriers, and collaborate with payer teams across a broad territory. The role requires travel, including potential overnight stays, and deep knowledge of pharmacy benefit processes.

Candidates should have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), experience in reimbursement, and willingness to obtain PACS certification within six months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant practice management experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain PACS certification within six months of employment.
• Experience resolving pharmacy benefit access issues and extensive travel are required.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and staff on insurance and reimbursement topics within assigned territories.
• Resolve reimbursement and coverage challenges to support patient access to products.
• Collaborate with client’s reimbursement support services and payer teams.
