Job summary

The candidate will support education on prior authorizations, coding, and formulary management, ensuring patients access the client’s products. Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefits and revenue cycles is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in field reimbursement and access support, education, and consultation to key account customers.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy dynamics.
• Experience with revenue cycle, formulary, benefit investigations, prior authorization, coding, and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider office staff on access and reimbursement topics using client-approved resources.
• Support patient access by resolving reimbursement and coverage challenges.
• Collaborate with other patient assistance and reimbursement support services.
• Attend healthcare offices within territory and travel as required.
• Deliver interactive educational presentations at provider sites.
