Job summary

Syneos Health in Atlanta, GA seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to ensure target accounts understand billing, coding, and reimbursement steps for products. The role focuses on urology accounts, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers within the geography.

You will develop relationships with key customers, navigate Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial payers regulations, and collaborate with the account team to improve patient outcomes. Field travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device experience.
• Minimum of 2 years reimbursement experience required.
• Ability to travel with overnight stays, required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure target accounts understand billing and coding requirements.
• Develop relationships with key customers in target accounts.
• Understand reimbursement regulations for Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial payers.
• Partner with account team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in disease state, product, and reimbursement process.
