argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager in the United States to partner with healthcare providers, optimize patient access, and navigate payer policies across medical and pharmacy benefits. This senior role demands deep reimbursement expertise and a patient-first approach.

You will lead territory plans, educate on prior authorizations, claims, and appeals, and collaborate across functions to remove barriers to therapy access for our portfolio, including VYVGART.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance) including prior authorizations, claims, and appeals.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in neurology, immunology, rare diseases, specialty biologics, or related areas.
• Knowledge of buy-and-bill, infusion reimbursement, site-of-care optimization, and payer strategies.
• Experience using CRM systems, data analytics, and customer insights to inform account strategy.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned geography.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory, building trusted relationships through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, billing and coding considerations, and patient support resources.
• Develop account-specific access strategies, provide guidance on reimbursement challenges, and help providers navigate access barriers in accordance with company policy.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalations with urgency and professionalism while sharing customer insights and payer trends to inform business strategy.
• Partner with Patient Services, Case Management, Market Head, Business Leader, Market Access, and other stakeholders to address access barriers and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Participate in case reviews and escalation management to support timely patient access and organizational learning.
• Develop territory plans and use CRM/data analytics to document activities and track performance.
