Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support patient access across the U.S., reporting to the I&I Access & Reimbursement Regional Director. You will educate HCPs on reimbursement and assist with coverage questions to enable access to Pfizer products.

The role requires 7+ years in pharma, strong communication, a BS/BA, and about 50% travel. Base salary ranges from $139,100 to $231,900 with a 17.5% bonus target and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharma, typically sales and/or coding/reimbursement.
• Experience with reimbursement and access is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• BS or BA degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct office calls with HCPs and staff to enable patient access.
• Educate on payer landscape, coverage updates, and prior authorization policies.
• Distribute materials on coverage, patient assistance, and billing references.
• Coordinate with HUB and Pfizer teams on payer requirements for patients.
• Maintain compliance and confidentiality in all communications.
