Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Neuroscience portfolio to serve as the primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers on patient access.

The role requires up to 50% on-site work with HCPs, travel up to 75% of the time, and collaboration with PECS and other internal teams to improve access, affordability, and adherence to therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business/public administration (MBA/MPH preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Account Management and/or Reimbursement experience in provider offices.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and coding requirements.
• Collaborate with field support and account managers to serve as access and reimbursement expert.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions within the team.
• Address access barriers using data and proactive account management.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers in assigned accounts.
• Manage territory logistics and account planning.
