Johnson & JJohnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager based in Youngstown, OH. This field-based role covers Youngstown, Mentor, Erie, and Grove City with a focus on access, coverage, and affordability for patients across multiple payer types.

You will educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategies to optimize patient access to therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPH preferred.
• Experience in hospital or provider setting with reimbursement is required.
• Strong knowledge of both pharmacy and medical/buy & bill benefits.

Responsabilités

• Educate HCPs on product coverage, prior authorizations and appeals, reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
• Collaborate with field support team members and serve as reimbursement expert for the local team.
• Address access and affordability issues for patients with urgency.
• Partner with managed care colleagues to understand current policies and changes.
• Conduct field-based reimbursement and access support aligned to FRM Rules of Engagement.
• Build relationships with customers in Immunology accounts.
• Manage territory logistics, routing, and account business planning.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics, coverage, and coding requirements.
• Grow knowledge of hub and specialty distribution channels for patient support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to educate on access and affordability solutions across payer types.
