Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is recruiting for a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Portland, OR territory, including Boise, ID, Vancouver, WA and Salem, OR. This role focuses on payer access, reimbursement education for HCPs, and cross-functional collaboration to improve patient access.

Travel up to 75% is required. The base pay range is $102,000 to $177,100, with comprehensive compensation and benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare or business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in reimbursement, managed care, and payer policy."
Ability to establish relationships, collaborate, and influence across a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes, claims submissions, procedures, and coding requirements of payer organizations.
Collaborate with field support teams and serve as access, fulfillment, and reimbursement expert for local team.
Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field support teams.
Utilize data to address access barriers and proactively improve patient access.
Travel up to 75% of the time; manage territory logistics and account planning.
