Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine’s PECS team is hiring a Field Reimbursement Manager for the Kansas City territory, covering MO and KS. This field-based role requires education in healthcare/business and at least 5 years in reimbursement or managed care.

You will educate providers, resolve access issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient access to Janssen therapies. The role involves up to 75% travel, working with HCPs and staff on education and reimbursement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business/public administration; MBA/MPH preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in reimbursement or managed care.
• Experience with pharmacy and medical benefits, buy & bill, and coding processes.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on reimbursement processes and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with field support teams including sales reps and key account managers.
• Lead compliant access and fulfillment discussions with field teams.
• Address access barriers using data and account management skills.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and manage territory logistics.
• Stay updated on coverage, coding requirements, and payer policies.
