Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to lead reimbursement education for physician offices across assigned territories. You will support Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and Claims processes while building strong relationships with providers and manufacturers.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage.
• Proven presentation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for office staff on reimbursement challenges and available services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and patient reimbursement processes.
• Collaborate with case managers on complex reimbursements and escalations.
• Set up appointments and conduct outbound calls to targeted offices.
• Monitor program performance and report trends to management and clients.
• Research provider and manufacturer data for reimbursement databases.
