Neurotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Field Reimbursement Director for the Northeast region. This field-based role focuses on securing access, site readiness, and payer strategy for NT-501 after launch. You will work with KAMs, care teams, and payers to optimize reimbursement and access.

You will collaborate across Market Access, Sales, and Operations, lead site readiness planning, and drive metrics for access. Travel is required to support customers nationwide and in field locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in biotechnology industry.
• 5+ years of reimbursement and key account management experience.
• Launch experience in rare diseases is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site profiling and coordinate site readiness pre-launch.
• Develop and execute account-specific site readiness plans.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Address reimbursement challenges with payer policies.
• Lead planning with Market Access, Marketing, and Operations for launch.
• Develop metrics to drive access in targeted institutions.
• Educate HCP office staff on pricing, reimbursement, and coding.
• Understand payer trends and Medicaid/Medicare policies.
• Build relationships with advocates in target accounts.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Medical teams.
• Perform market analysis and prioritization with analytics.
• Monitor industry trends and marketplace awareness.
