Job summary

Tricon Homes seeks a Superintendent to oversee rehabilitation and turn projects for vacant homes across a designated portfolio in the United States. You will create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules, coordinating in-house technicians and external vendors, while ensuring quality control and adherence to company standards.

You will report progress to senior management, mentor team members, and lead weekly status meetings.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work.
• Anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties; escalate when needed.
• Direct and oversee work by in-house technicians and external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of rehabilitation and turn projects.
• Report progress, delays, and status in weekly meetings with Senior Supervisor.
• Develop scope of work plans for rehabilitation and turns; mentor team members.
