Job summary

Hudson Technologies Inc. is seeking an entry-level Service Technician I to support refrigerant recovery, intake, and HVAC/R service operations across customer facilities and Hudson locations in the United States.

Under guidance of senior technicians and management, you will assist with equipment setup, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation while gaining hands-on experience through Hudson training. The role may involve depot work, logistics, and field assignments as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of relevant work experience; entry-level candidates encouraged.
• Technical school coursework in HVAC/R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service and operational assignments per supervisor.
• Assist with refrigerant recovery, equipment setup, and basic maintenance.
• Document work activities including safety logs and job reports.
• Support depot, logistics, and equipment preparation as needed.
• Travel domestically to serve customers across the United States.
