Job summary

Hudson Technologies in the United States is seeking an entry-level Service Technician I to support refrigerant recovery, equipment setup, and basic maintenance at customer facilities and Hudson depots. You will work under supervision to develop technical competency through training and hands-on experience.

You may be assigned to field sites, depots, logistics, or project support, with travel as needed. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and teamwork while expanding knowledge of HVAC/R

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring basic HVAC/R knowledge and hands-on technical skills.
• Valid driver's license with CDL Class B preferred and HazMat awareness.
• High school diploma or GED; technical HVAC/R coursework is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work variable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, refrigerant recovery, depot, logistics, and other operational assignments.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting, equipment setup, and maintenance under supervision.
• Complete required documentation including timekeeping and work orders.
• Support safety processes and adhere to company procedures and customer site requirements.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment per DOT and safety rules.
• Collaborate with service managers and senior staff to ensure project success.
