Job summary

ResourceMFG in Tempe, AZ is seeking a driven Field Recruiter to attract, interview, and onboard talent for manufacturing and light industrial roles in the Tempe market. This in-office role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with the opportunity to impact local staffing and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will source candidates, conduct screenings, and manage onboarding, while developing creative recruiting strategies and relationships with community partners to fill roles quickly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology platforms.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, light industrial, warehouse, or production environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills (preferred).

What You'll Do

As a Field Recruiter, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding talent for our manufacturing and light industrial clients throughout the Tempe market.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and interview candidates for manufacturing and light industrial positions.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract quality talent in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and job fit.
• Manage the onboarding process, including drug screens, background checks, employment verification, and I-9 completion.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to generate candidate leads.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
