Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Remote Field Recruiter (Seasonal) to manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles across multiple locations. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate onboarding readiness while partnering with onsite teams to meet ramp-ups and peak hiring periods.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of recruiting experience, fluency in English/Spanish preferred, and hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing hiring environments.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the entire recruiting process from intake through onboarding readiness.
• Experience building candidate pipelines for large-scale hiring initiatives and ramp-ups.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.

• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screening, and I-9 compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Support hiring initiatives for manufacturing operations experiencing rapid growth and fluctuating staffing demands.

Work Environment & Schedule Requirements

• Fully remote position.
• Candidates located in Mountain or Central time zones are preferred.
• Support hiring efforts across multiple geographic markets including manufacturing operations in the Southwest region.
• Ability to manage hiring demands associated with workforce ramp-ups, seasonal peaks, and fluctuating business volumes.
