Job summary

ResourceMFG is opening a new Tempe location and is seeking a Field Recruiter to attract and onboard talent for manufacturing and light industrial roles in the Tempe market.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2 years in recruiting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment. In-office schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a focus on candidate experience and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and interview candidates for manufacturing and light industrial positions.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract talent in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and outreach.
