ResourceMFG, an Employbridge company, is expanding in Tempe, Arizona, seeking a Field Recruiter to attract, interview, and onboard manufacturing and light industrial talent across the Tempe market.

Join a growing branch from the ground floor and help connect people with meaningful employment while delivering top service to clients. This in-office role works Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and interview candidates for manufacturing and light industrial positions.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract quality talent in a competitive market.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and job fit.
• Manage the onboarding process, including drug screens, background checks, employment verification, and I-9 completion.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to generate candidate leads.
• Deliver an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
