Employbridge is seeking an energetic Field Recruiter to join our team in a fast-paced environment, helping to change people’s lives through staffing solutions. You will source, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates to job assignments to meet staffing goals.

You will develop creative sourcing plans, write effective online postings, and maintain a candidate pipeline while leveraging CRM data to ensure timely order fulfillment and compliant recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of staffing or recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proven experience navigating a diverse recruiting process.
• Track record of success with client engagement.
• Experience using various platforms and dashboards to drive effective decisions.
• Community volunteering or social outreach experience.
• Excellent customer service skills including ability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult customer or vendor situations diplomatically.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Demonstrable time management and organization skills.
• Practical experience and comfort with using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen resumes to support high-volume openings.
• Interview applicants and recommend top candidates for job orders.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and CRM updates.
• Guide candidates through the interview process.
• Leverage market knowledge to match candidates with client needs.
• Record all activity in the CRM and track time-to-fill metrics.
