Job summary

Nibav Lifts is seeking a field-focused recruiter to drive blue-collar hiring for Lift/Elevator Technicians, Installers and Helpers. You will source candidates through local markets, ITI networks and industry clusters to build a strong pipeline.

You will conduct drives, assess technical proficiency, coordinate interviews and manage joining formalities while tracking metrics and ensuring timely placements.

Qualifications

• Field sourcing and blue-collar recruitment experience is required.
• Understanding of technical and ITI-level manpower markets.
• Ability to source candidates through local networks and field visits.
• Strong negotiation and candidate mobilisation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Target-oriented approach and ability to manage volume hiring.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Lift/Elevator Technicians, Installation Technicians, Service & Maintenance Technicians and Helpers.
• Visit local markets, industrial areas, workshops and technical institutes to identify potential candidates.
• Source candidates from elevator companies, electrical contractors, mechanical workshops, HVAC and related industries.
• Build a strong pipeline of skilled, semi-skilled and entry-level technical manpower.
• Develop relationships with ITIs, polytechnic colleges, vocational training centres and placement agencies; conduct drives and interviews.
• Screen candidates for relevant technical exposure, electrical/mechanical knowledge and practical experience.
• Coordinate practical assessments and technical interviews with the respective teams; mobilise candidates from nearby towns.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, documentation and joining formalities; ensure timely joining.
• Maintain daily sourcing, interview, selection, offer and joining trackers; monitor TAT and sourcing effectiveness.
