Job summary

ProLift Rigging is seeking a full‑time recruiter to source, interview, and place candidates for its industrial construction roles in Memphis. You will build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, partner with branch managers, and ensure timely, quality hires to support project teams.

You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and provide analytic recruiting reports to the Talent Manager. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 2–5 years of experience is ideal for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recruitment experience or related field.
• Self-starter and self-motivated professional capable of building talent pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting candidates using industry contacts, databases and social platforms.
• Conducting phone interviews and screening candidates for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and anticipate future hiring needs.
• Develop expert knowledge of ProLift Rigging Company.
• Maintain relationships with clients to achieve staffing goals.
• Provide recruiting reports to Talent Manager and track metrics.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on status with managers.
