Muller, Inc. is seeking a Field Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades and construction professionals in Reston, VA. The role requires on-site presence and collaboration with field operations to meet staffing goals.

The recruiter will manage pipelines, attend events, and partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing retention, all within a fast-paced, growth-oriented team.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years in full cycle recruitment, preferably in construction or skilled trades.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
• Experience with HR systems and ATS.
• Strong communication and multi-project coordination skills.
• High-volume recruiting experience and ability to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for craft and construction roles on-site.
• Collaborate with Field Teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Represent the company at job fairs and local events to build pipelines.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as main point of contact.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, trackers, and compliance.
• Support onboarding and early retention efforts.
