B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Field Labor & Craft Recruiter to support our growing construction operations. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly field labor and skilled craft roles across multiple project locations, partnering with Operations, Project Managers, and HR leadership to build talent pipelines.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, a track record of high-volume construction staffing, and ability to travel up to 50% to project sites and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in construction, heavy civil, site development, utilities, infrastructure, grading, excavation, paving, or related industries.
• Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish is required.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for hourly field labor and skilled craft positions.
• Experience recruiting for remote or difficult-to-staff project locations.
• Strong knowledge of construction trades and field operations.
• Experience with ATS, recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft, field labor, and construction operations positions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, trade schools, and events.
• Screen applicants for experience, certifications, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and field leadership.
• Extend offers and manage pre-employment processes including background checks and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS.
