Job summary

Muller Inc is seeking a Field Recruiter fluent in Spanish and English to operate on-site in Reston, VA. The role requires coordinating full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and construction professionals, maintaining pipelines, and partnering with field operations and HR.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in recruitment, experience with high-volume hiring, and proficiency with HR systems and ATS. This on-site role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• High-volume recruitment experience in trades, construction, or industrial recruiting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Source and connect with hourly trades talent via job boards, referrals, events, and local networks.
• Build strong pipelines for high-volume field roles.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and job fit.
• Partner with field teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Participate in on-site events and represent the company at job fairs and community events.
• Maintain compliant HR records and update tracking systems.
