Job summary
B&S Site Development LLC in Virginia is seeking an experienced Field Labor & Craft Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft, field labor, and construction operations across multiple projects. You will build talent pipelines, partner with site leaders, and travel up to 50% to support staffing in remote or hard-to-fill markets.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required to serve diverse workforces.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in construction or related fields.
- Fluent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting for hourly field labor and skilled trades.
- Experience recruiting for geographically dispersed, remote, or difficult-to-fill sites.
- Strong knowledge of construction trades and field operations.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly craft, field labor, and construction roles across multiple projects.
- Source candidates via job boards, referrals, schools, events, and outreach.
- Screen applicants for experience, certifications, technical skills, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and project leadership.
- Extend offers and handle background checks and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS.
