Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a Field Recruiter to join our on-site team. You will engage with local hiring partners, source candidates, and coordinate interviews while supporting customers across the account.

You will manage a pipeline of roles, perform interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes. The role emphasizes hands-on recruitment, strategic outreach, and strong collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting & staffing experience.
• Ability to manage 40+ customers daily.
• Experience with VMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to assess, delegate and follow up with orders & internal teams.
