Job summary

MarketSource, a sales acceleration company, is seeking a Field Canvasser/Recall Specialist to manage a territory and close cases related to Takata airbag recalls and other OEM initiatives. You will conduct door-to-door visits, document case data in Salesforce, and educate customers on available incentives and programs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years in customer-facing roles, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work non-traditional hours,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of work experience in field roles preferred
• Reliable transportation to cover assigned geography
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct field canvassing, door knocks, and face-to-face visits to close cases with documentation
• Utilize Salesforce.com Dashboard to review case assignments and closures
• Educate consumers on the recall’s importance and incentives available
• Develop relationships with assigned businesses in designated markets
• Document results in Salesforce.com and related databases
• Perform follow-up calls to validate phone numbers and schedule appointments
