This field-based, collaborative role partners with brokers, developers, property owners, project teams, and leadership to move opportunities from initial concept through closing. You will build a robust pipeline in assigned markets, manage broker relationships, present site packages to the Real Estate Committee, and coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real estate education.
• 3–8 years of relevant real estate experience.
• Experience evaluating opportunities and managing transactions from identification through closing.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel to support assigned markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land and real estate opportunities aligned with Murphy USA's growth strategy.
• Analyze proposed purchase and lease locations to assess market potential and deal viability.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective sites within assigned markets.
• Manage relationships with external brokers and real estate partners.
• Present opportunities and recommendations to Murphy USA's Real Estate Committee.
• Lead or oversee negotiations for purchases or leases.
• Coordinate transactions from initial negotiation through closing.
