Job summary

Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) is seeking an experienced Communication Systems Technician II in the Lancaster, SC area to support our Voice division.

The role involves diagnosing and repairing complex radio systems and coordinating with customers on installation strategies. You will work on Two-Way Radios, Land Mobile Radios, and P25 trunking systems, with on-call responsibilities and a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of technical service and installation experience.
• Proficient with radio equipment – installation, programming, troubleshooting.
• P25 and/or MotoTRBO experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex equipment issues (Two-Way Radios, Land Mobile Radios, P25 Trunking Systems, MOTOTRBO).
• Restore systems to operation for public safety, hospitals, and other mission-critical customers.
• Develop installation/programming strategies with customers and coordinate field access.
