You will champion prevention, lead robust root cause analysis, and ensure rapid, durable problem resolution through close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of quality engineering experience.
• Ability to read diagrams and inspection records.
• Knowledge of NCR/SCAR processes and corrective actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with teams and customers.

• Identify risks and opportunities in the local organization.
• Utilize quality data analytics to identify risks and non-conformances.
