Job summary

Dent Wizard International seeks a Technical Quality Supervisor to lead field-based quality for OEM services, with on-site oversight of KhS technicians and subcontractors. The role ensures strict adherence to OEM/KhS workflows and quality standards and acts as the on-site quality authority.

You will mentor up to 20 technicians, drive corrective actions, and identify training gaps while traveling extensively to client sites to uphold workmanship standards and drive continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of automotive mechanical/body repair knowledge and quality or compliance.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to verify part accuracy, condition, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to travel extensively (75%+) and possess a passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid-response quality oversight for OEM-directed repairs.
• Enforce OEM- or KhS-defined repair workflows, processes, and quality standards.
• Conduct hands-on inspections to identify non-conforming repairs and deviations.
• Address quality issues directly with technicians with corrective instruction.
• Document findings for escalation and follow-up.
• Independently complete small rework or retrofit projects.
• Provide QC oversight for Commercial Hail repair operations.
• Conduct inspections to ensure KhS workmanship standards.
• Identify workmanship trends and training gaps.
• Oversee and support up to 20 technicians including contractors.
• Set goals, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Conduct evaluations and recommend actions including promotions or coaching.
• Determine staffing needs and participate in hiring decisions.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment.
