Job summary

SunPower in Orem, UT is seeking a Senior Field Manager focused on quality leadership across field operations, installations, and service delivery. You will drive 100% FPY and Zero Defects, leading continuous improvement and aligning field processes with engineering and operations.

The role requires deep experience in quality engineering, Lean Six Sigma, RCCA/8D, and applicable industry standards. Travel to field sites will be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field required; Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years in Quality Engineering or Field Operations.
• Experience with solar or renewable energy systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 100% FPY and Zero Defects across field operations.
• Implement and sustain quality processes (SPECs, RCCA/8D, FMEA, ANDON CORD).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and partners to reduce defects.
• Develop and deliver quality training for field teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance metrics.
