Gray Construction is seeking an Assistant Site Quality Manager to join the Field Operations Team. This role manages daily activities of the quality control program, attends pre-construction meetings, trains staff, and supports QA database tasks across projects nationwide.

The position requires traveling up to 100% of the time, with exposure to light/heavy industrial sectors and the possibility of serving multiple project sites in the United States. A degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college/technical school; 3+ years construction experience or 5+ years related construction experience in lieu of degree.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily activities of the quality control program.
• Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS program and review lessons learned with subcontractors.
• Train team members in the quality control program and support resolution of program questions.
• Set up projects in the quality program database and assist in maintenance and audits.
• Ensure the quality program monitors overall quality and is conducted regularly.
