Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead the quality control program on field projects nationwide. The role involves managing daily QC activities, coordinating pre-construction QMS discussions, and training team members in QC practices.

Ideal candidates will have at least five years of construction experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel up to 100% of projects across the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with construction experience preferred.
• Experience in light/heavy industrial sectors is a plus.
• Ability to lead and train teams and to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the quality control program on projects.
• Attend pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS and lessons learned with subs and manufacturers.
• Train team members on the quality program and support issue resolution.
