Gray Construction seeks an experienced Quality Engineer to join the team and drive quality processes in field projects. You will execute inspections, audits, and documentation to ensure compliance with approved plans and the Quality Management System (QMS).

The role requires a relevant degree or equivalent, 2–3 years of construction/quality experience, and ability to travel up to 100%. Government CQT is preferred, with strong computer skills for reporting and documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or technical/associate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of relevant construction or quality experience preferred.
• Government Certified Quality Technician (CQT) preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email).
• Ability to travel up to 100%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as onsite quality representative on projects, ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
• Review and manage submittals during preconstruction and coordination meetings; verify materials and installations.
• Monitor construction processes to identify quality issues and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Execute inspections, audits, and testing per ITPs and project plans.
• Maintain drawings, specs, submittals, and quality docs for internal teams and trade partners.
• Coordinate corrective actions with Site Quality Manager and verify completion.
