Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead the field quality control program across projects. This is a field/project-based role within our Field Operations Team.

The ideal candidate will manage daily QC activities, participate in pre-construction meetings, train staff, and ensure adherence to contract documents and submittals. Travel up to 100% is required, with visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction quality control programs and field operations is required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time; eligible to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the quality control program.
• Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS and review Lessons Learned.
• Train team members in the use of the quality control program and support question resolution.
• Perform administrative setup of projects within the quality program database and audit effectiveness.
• Ensure the quality program provides fair and effective monitoring of overall quality.
