Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead the quality control program across field projects. This role is field/project based and requires extensive travel to project sites throughout the United States.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction QA, leadership, and the ability to train crews on quality processes, ensuring compliance with contract documents and submittals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school AND a minimum of five years of construction experience OR a minimum seven years related construction experience.
• Experience within the light/heavy industrial sector highly desired.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Travel up to 100% of the time; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the quality control program.
• Attend project pre-construction meetings to discuss the QMS Program and review Lessons Learned with subcontractors and manufacturers.
• Train team members in the use of the quality control program and support question resolution.
• Perform administrative setup of projects within the quality program database and assist audits of the program.
