You will assist with inspection readiness, quality walks, and coordination with clients and third‑party inspectors, while developing expertise in Bechtel's quality procedures and project requirements. This role offers growth through hands-on field engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or other relevant technical disciplines from an accredited University.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience; or 9–12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support the LQCE in reviewing, tracking, and trending nonconforming conditions and assist with documenting follow-up actions based on identified trends.
• Assist the Construction PBQ Site Lead with proactive quality activities, including quality walks, field observations, coaching moments, lessons learned, and reinforcement of right-the-first-time quality behaviors.
• Work with Field Engineering, supervision, and third-party inspectors to help verify work package and inspection readiness, identify gaps before formal inspection, and support timely resolution of quality-related questions or issues.
