Job summary

Bechtel is leading a major construction project in New Albany, Ohio, with a focus on Off-Site Manufacturing quality management. You will implement and monitor the project quality plan, assess supplier quality programs, and drive continual improvement across engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in sciences or engineering and 5–8 years of quality/OSM experience (or 9–12 years). ASQ-certified auditors are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports OSM quality management activities per project quality plan and contract quality requirements.
• Assesses and monitors all project functions involved in OSM processes.
• Reviews nonconforming conditions and corrective actions for effectiveness.
• Determines OSM quality requirements for engineering, procurement, and construction assessments.
• Ensures compliance with project procedures and Bechtel-approved supplier quality plans.
