Boutique Recruiting in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager for a federal construction project at Tinker AFB. You will oversee QA/QC, ensure EM385 compliance, and supervise field teams to deliver a complex ground-up hangar construction.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction QC/PM roles on large-scale projects, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to work onsite with contractors to meet schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of combined qualifying experience in construction management roles on large projects
• At least 4 years of quality control experience on similar federal or large-scale commercial projects
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control activities for a $220M+ federal construction project, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, construction standards, and applicable requirements
• Conduct regular field inspections to monitor workmanship and verify progress
• Manage quality control across major construction phases including site grading, structural steel, and concrete
• Collaborate with Project Manager and onsite teams to identify and address quality concerns
• Maintain quality control documentation and reporting with support from onsite engineers
• Monitor subcontractor performance to maintain quality standards throughout project execution
• Remain actively involved in daily field operations to support successful project delivery
